Cancellation and Refund Policies

 

All customers that register for any class, workshop, group event, camp, party or other event requiring advanced registration are subject to all Bakers Buzzin' cancellation and refund policies. We want our customers to experience all that Bakers Buzzin’ has to offer and we are parents too so we understand that emergencies and schedule changes can and do occur. Thank you for understanding these important policies.

 

Cancellations by Bakers Buzzin’


If Bakers Buzzin’ must cancel a class or event due to low enrollment or other unforeseen circumstances, you will have the choice of receiving a refund or a credit for that particular event towards one of our many other classes or workshops. We will do our best to contact you as early as possible prior to the cancellation.

 

Cancellations Due to Weather

In the event of inclement weather, participants will receive a credit for that particular event towards one of our many other classes or workshops. We will do our best to contact you as early as possible prior to the cancellation.

 

Classes, Workshops and Schools Out Camps

Full payment is required when reserving a spot in one of our Classes, Workshops or Schools Out Camps. Unless noted differently in the event description, cancelled registrations greater than 72 hours prior to a scheduled class, schools out camp or workshop will add a session back into the customers account to be used at a later date. We offer a variety of workshops and classes that change every week so please feel free to select an upcoming class online through our website or contact us at (803) 548-7979 and we will be happy to help you reschedule your child’s class. Any cancellation where a refund is requested is subject to a 15% processing fee. 

Due to the preparation and supplies needed for these events and that a registration may have prevented another child from participating in a class or workshop, all cancelled registrations less than 72 hours from a scheduled event is considered a no-show and no refund or credit will be given. 


Private Group Events

A $50 deposit is required at the time of reservation for reduced rate group events with the remainder due on the day of the event for the number of confirmed participants. For events scheduled on Friday evenings, Saturdays and Sundays, a $25 weekend fee is also required at the time of reservation.

Cancellations or rescheduling of group events greater than 14 days from the event date:
Customers who fully cancel a group event greater than 14 days prior to the scheduled event date will have their deposit and any other upfront fees refunded minus a 15% processing fee unless another event is scheduled by the customer (subject to availability). No additional fees are charged for cancellations or changes greater than 14 days from the event date.

Cancellations or rescheduling of group events within 14 days from the event date:
Customers who fully cancel a group event within 14 days of the scheduled event will result in a loss of their full deposit and any additional upfront fees paid. If another date is scheduled, customers may be eligible to reapply 50% of their group rate deposit towards the new date (subject to availability of a new date and manager discretion). Group events reserved on a weekend are required to pay a $25 weekend event fee at time of reservation. This $25 weekend fee is not refundable or transferable to the new rescheduled date. 


Birthday Parties

A $100 deposit is required at the time of birthday party reservations with the remainder due on the day of the event for the number of confirmed participants.

Cancellations or rescheduling of birthday parties greater than 30 days from the event date:
Customers who fully cancel a birthday party greater than 30 days prior to the scheduled event will have their deposit and any other upfront fees refunded minus a 15% processing fee unless another party is scheduled by the customer (subject to availability). No additional fees are charged for cancellations or changes greater than 30 days from the event date.

Cancellations or rescheduling of birthday parties within 30 days from the event date:
Due to the increasing difficulty in re-booking parties within 30 days of a scheduled event, any parties that are fully cancelled within 30 days of the scheduled party date will result in the loss of any monies paid. If another date is scheduled, customers may be eligible to reapply 50% of their deposit towards the new date (subject to availability of a new date and manager discretion).

 

Summer Camps

Full payment for summer camps is required at the time of reservation.

Cancellations or switching camp more than 14 calendar days from the camp date:
Customers who fully cancel a summer camp more than 14 calendar days prior to the scheduled camp date will have their camp tuition refunded minus a 15% processing fee unless another summer camp is scheduled by the customer (strictly subject to availability). No additional fees are charged for cancellations or changes more than 14 calendar days from the camp date.

Cancellations or switching camp less than 14 calendar days from the camp date:
Customers who fully cancel a summer camp within 14 calendar days of the scheduled camp date will result in a loss of their full tuition. A $20 per child camp change fee is required for switching camps less than 14 calendar days from the scheduled camp day and is strictly subject to availability. In the event of a full cancellation within 14 calendar days of a scheduled camp, we do permit substitutions. Please contact us in advance if you plan to substitute your child for another.

No refunds or make up days for missed days of camp, early withdrawals, dismissals due to inappropriate conduct, illness, or non-camp related injuries. Summer camps cancelled by Bakers Buzzin’ for any reason will be fully refunded. Contact us at (803) 548-7979 to make a cancellation or to reschedule a summer camp reservation.
